Delivery Fleet: TSO has a fleet that consist of (7) transport trucks, (2) Bobtail trucks, (2) Stakebody trucks and (2) Pick-up trucks. Our policy is to deliver orders within 24 hours of receipt.  We do have 24 hour service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

 

Inventory Control: All inventories are on computer with minimum/maximum levels set up for re-order.  Cycle counting is done once a month to keep inventory reconciled with computer generated reports.

Delivery Coordination:  TSO provides 24 hour a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year service.  We utilize a Voice Mail System with automatic paging for service on after hour calls.  All of our sales personnel have pagers as well.  We have (2) Delivery Coordinators that rotate shifts.

Safety/Environmental:  TSO is in compliance with all Safety and Environmental requirements associated with the oil and gas industry.  We have a Products Handling Manual and Safety Manual on site.  We annually review and update these manuals to insure compliance with current regulations.

 

Training:  We are presently providing our employees training opportunities as they become available that will enhance our capability to become better marketers.  This includes management, sales, clerical and operational personnel.
